52 Days and Another New Heart Later
52 days and another new heart later, my friend AJ is HOME from her SECOND heart transplant!!! A walking, talking, living, breathing miracle!!! We are so glad to have her home.....words simply cannot express. Here are some pics (as promised!) of her homecoming. And a special thanks to all who decorated. You know who you are. ;) Enjoy!
