Bologna

Note to self: Only eat bbq bologna 1 time/year. I could become seriously overweight if Ihad unlimited access to this food. It is beyond good. On a bun with slaw. Geez! I am so glad I fought the urge to sneak some home. Then again I am really mad that I didn't!
Watched the debate. I felt both did well. Sort of made me wish they were the ones running for President instead of the other two. I can't help but like and admire Governor Palin. I love it that Blakely can watch a woman hold her own with a seasoned male politician on national/international tv. I think she would be fun at parties. She is loud and kind of funky. She says "darn right" a lot. I was waiting for "darn tootin'"! Her accent reminds me of Frances McDormand in the movie Fargo. She tried hard to calm her nerves, but she was definitely nervous. Who wouldn't be? I LOVED her shoes. I am fairly positive they were Cole Haan patent leather pumps with Nike tennis shoe technology. They run around 450.00. I WILL have a pair before I die! As for Senator Biden, I thought he was a gentleman. I think he did what he needed to do and came off like a regular guy. I wish they would hold a second debate with gloves off.
I think the only person I actually like (but still am unsure about) is Palin. I am so frustrated and irritated with the powers that be in Congress. McCain, Obama, and Biden are ALL Senators. I don't really like Senators right now. My Friday afternoon and evening will be spent watching the House on CSPAN. Hopefully, I will see a glimmer of hope.
